1. Service Description
RecordReach provides a unified browser-based content creation and publishing platform that includes local screen recording, canvas letterbox reframing, AI-assisted caption and hashtag generation, multi-platform social media publishing, post scheduling, and cross-platform performance analytics.
2. Accounts & Eligibility
To use RecordReach, you must create an account with accurate information and be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction). You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use RecordReach strictly for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from recording, uploading, or distributing content that is illegal, defamatory, infringing on intellectual property rights, abusive, or harmful. You must not engage in automated spamming, platform manipulation, or deceptive practices. Furthermore, you must comply with the terms of service and developer policies of EACH connected third-party platform (including YouTube, TikTok, X, Pinterest, Threads, Bluesky, and Mastodon). RecordReach reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate accounts that violate these standards.
4. User Content & Ownership
You retain full ownership, copyright, and all intellectual property rights to the videos, screen recordings, text captions, and media assets you create or process using RecordReach. By queuing or scheduling content for social publication, you grant RecordReach a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license solely to transcode, temporarily store, and transmit your media files and captions to destination social channels at your explicit direction.
5. AI Features Disclaimer
RecordReach incorporates AI-powered tools (via Claude AI) to generate caption suggestions, viral hooks, and hashtags. AI output is provided as suggestions only. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying the accuracy and appropriateness of all AI-generated content before publishing it to your public accounts.
6. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid subscription tiers (Creator and Business) are billed on a recurring monthly or yearly basis through our Merchant of Record (MoR), Lemon Squeezy. All purchases are governed by our Refund Policy (https://recordreach.pro/refund). You may cancel your subscription at any time via your billing dashboard, retaining access through the end of your current paid billing period.
7. Service Availability & Third-Party Platforms
RecordReach is provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis without warranties of any kind. Direct social posting capabilities depend on public APIs and authorization services provided by third-party platforms (such as YouTube, TikTok, X, etc.). RecordReach is not responsible for publishing failures, API downtime, rate limits, or policy changes imposed by third-party social networks.
8. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RecordReach and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or platform account access. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RecordReach from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of your content, your use of the service, or your violation of third-party platform policies.
9. Termination, Governing Law & Contact
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service access for violations of these Terms. RecordReach is operated from Pakistan, and these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws.
