RecordReach currently supports direct publishing to 6 live platforms: YouTube (Shorts & Widescreen), X (Twitter), Bluesky, Mastodon, Pinterest, and Threads. Additional destination channels (TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Pages, Reddit) are pending API approvals and will roll out automatically.
What is your refund policy?↓
All sales are final. We offer a full-featured Free plan so you can test screen recording, AI caption generation, and YouTube publishing before upgrading. In cases of verifiable technical issues on our side or mandatory consumer protection laws, refunds are assessed case-by-case via our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy. You can cancel your subscription anytime from your billing panel with full access until the end of your billing cycle.
Can I cancel anytime?↓
Yes, absolutely. You can cancel your Creator or Business subscription at any time with one click in your billing panel. You will retain full paid access until the end of your active billing period with no penalty.
What happens to my videos?↓
Your screen recordings and screenshots are processed 100% locally in your browser's private memory. Published post files are cleaned up within 24 hours after posting. Media Library files (Creator/Business) are stored for 30 days, then automatically deleted. You can delete anything sooner anytime.
Do I need a credit card for the free plan?↓
No. You can sign up and start recording, reframing, and generating AI captions immediately without entering any credit card or billing information.
Is my recording private?↓
Yes, 100%. Recording, annotations, letterbox reframing, and screenshot exports happen entirely inside your browser using WebAssembly. No video files are uploaded unless you choose to publish to your connected social channels or save them to your 30-day Media Library.
What video formats and export resolutions are supported?↓
We support widescreen (16:9), portrait (9:16), square (1:1), and original Fit formats up to 1080p HD on Free and Creator plans, and up to 4K Ultra HD on the Business plan. Exported videos are standard high-fidelity MP4 files (H.264 video with AAC audio).
