User Data Deletion Instructions
At RecordReach, we respect your data privacy and give you complete control over your account, social platform connections, and stored data. Video screen recordings are captured client-side directly on your device. For online services (social channel publishing, AI captioning history, and social tokens), you can delete your data at any time using self-service in-app settings or by contacting our privacy team.
1. Self-Service In-App Disconnect & Deletion
You can remove individual social channel connections or delete your entire account directly inside RecordReach: • To Disconnect a Social Channel (Facebook, Instagram, Threads, YouTube, X, etc.): 1. Log into your dashboard at https://app.recordreach.pro. 2. Navigate to Settings -> Social Connections. 3. Click 'Disconnect' next to the connected social channel. 4. Our backend immediately erases stored encrypted access tokens and channel metadata. • To Delete Your Entire RecordReach Account: 1. Log into https://app.recordreach.pro. 2. Navigate to Settings -> Account. 3. Click 'Delete Account'. 4. Confirm deletion. All your connected tokens, social links, cloud clips, and account data will be permanently wiped.
2. Data Erasure Request via Email Support
If you are unable to log in or wish to request manual erasure of all data associated with your email address or social profile ID, contact our privacy team: • Email: support@recordreach.pro • Subject Line: Data Deletion Request • Required Information: Please provide the email address associated with your RecordReach account or your social handle/ID. Upon receiving your request, our support team will verify identity and permanently wipe all database records, access tokens, and stored media files within 24 to 48 business hours.
3. Revoking Access Directly via Facebook / Instagram / Meta Settings
You can also revoke RecordReach's authorization directly from your Meta / Facebook / Instagram account settings at any time: 1. Go to Facebook Settings & Privacy -> Business Integrations (or Instagram Settings -> Website Permissions -> Apps and Websites). 2. Locate 'RecordReach'. 3. Click 'Remove'. Once removed, Meta automatically invalidates all access tokens issued to RecordReach.
4. Scope of Erased Data & Local Video Privacy
When data deletion is requested or performed: • Access Tokens: All encrypted access tokens and refresh tokens are permanently purged. • Account Metadata: Profile information, connected channel IDs, and email records are removed. • Stored Media: Any clips synced to cloud storage are permanently deleted. • Local Screen Recordings: Screen recordings stored in your browser's local memory remain solely on your local device and can be cleared via browser storage settings.
